Excellence. Always.

Why you need to care about this.

"Section 508” refers to a recent amendment to the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 that requires that any website that’s federally funded must be accessible to people with disabilities. Since the passage of Section 508, most states have passed their own requirements for Section 508 accessibility as well. What this means to you is that if you want any federal or state organization (a school, for example) to purchase or fund your web-based product, that product must (by law) be accessible to persons with disabilities, including the visually impaired, hearing impaired, color blind, people who are susceptible to seizures, etc. We have the tools and technology to test your product for Section 508 compliance (and WCAG 2.x) and will make specific recommendations to remedy the problems we find.
