Responsibilities Include:
1) Leading a small team of quality engineers in testing CD-ROMs, web sites, and other products across a wide range of Windows and Macintosh platforms
2) Leading in a very hands-on manner, doing most of the more technically challenging work yourself, and providing detailed instructions and support to the rest of the team so that they can complete their assignments

Qualifications:
This position requires a broad and deep understanding of Quality Assurance, including 3-5 years of Software QA experience and some management/technical leadership experience. Strong self-discipline, unwavering integrity, 100% reliability, outstanding interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, good organizational skills, amazing troubleshooting instincts, role flexibility, and a consistently positive attitude are required.
